When we had a leak on a Saturday evening, the service technician Terry was helpful on the phone, arrived soon and did a great job. We will use these guys again, and recommend to anyone looking for great service. Thanks again!

We had a backup in our house, we found out later it was in the sewage main line from our house. We called KMP plumbing late Saturday hoping we would get a prompt response due to the "Open 24 Hrs" listed in the About section of their FB page and the "Give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX 24 Hrs" on their own website. We did just that and after not receiving any response overnight, messaged them on FB the next morning. Called KMP for a clogged toilet. Plumber came out to our apartment while my wife was the only one home (I was working unfortunately) and began inspecting toilet. Threads on the fill valve were messed up so he replaced the part, and AFTERWARDS told my wife it would be $130.00. $130 to replace a part I can get at Home Depot for $8.00!? At this point he tried to auger toilet (unsuccessful) then called me and told me it would be $280.00 on top of the $130.00 to unseat toilet and possibly reseal and $600.00 if he replaced the who... read more
We had Terry out twice over the past couple of weeks. Once to replace a sink drain and one toilet. And the second time to replace 2 more toilets. Just upgrading to better ones. Terry didn't rush through the job. Took his time and did it right. Always cleaned up the area and tested to make sure all worked well. Stayed true to the price he quoted on trip 1 for the work on trip 2. Scheduling was a breeze and never took more than a day or two to get someone out to us. Will use them again! Thank you!
