Just want to give a big shout out to your Technician Donald. Very professional and informative in replacing a bathtub valve I wrecked. He was very receptive to my questions as he went through the various phases of the repair and taught me a lot. I would definitely recommend your company if asked for a referral. The price was very reasonable,....................in fact,.........quite a bit cheaper than I would have anticipated. He has earned my business for any future plumbing needs!!
Installing backflow prevention devices without a city permit or backflow testing is never a good idea, puts our precious water supply in danger of being contaminated. Shame on you getting customers a permit isn't necessary. I don't think the TCEQ would agree.
Terry Brown is the man! He came over for a scheduled job in the morning and discovered a leak in the front yard which really needed to be fixed that day. He got done with the scheduled morning job, ran some other appointments, and came back late that night (at around 7:30pm) to take care of me. He got done at around 11pm. Now that's true dedication. I can't begin the thank you enough for taking care of us. Our hot water heater went out right after I brought my husband home from open-heart triple bypass surgery. Donald came out within 2 hours and got us back to working order!! Thank you for seamlessly replacing our hot water heater. Donald was awesome!
We had an issue with our water heater, and they sent Brian out the next morning at 8am, very reasonably priced and he fixed the issue quickly. Then the next morning at 7am we realized we didn't have hot water (not caused by the first issue)... I called them at 7:30am and Brain came back out immediately, he was here before 8am and fixed the pilot for us in just a couple of minutes, no charge! Great customer service!!
