I RECENTLY SAW YOUR WONDERFUL, HIGHLY COMPETENT, ANDREA - WHOM I HAVE BEEN HAVING OVERSEE MY DENTAL HEALTH FOR SOME 11+ YEARS. HOW LUCKY YOU ARE TO HAVE HER ON STAFF AT KCD. BUT PLEASE....PLEASE GET RID OF THOSE DREADFUL, GHASTLY HALLOWEEN BLACK OUTFITS: THEY CLEARLY CONTINUE TO FRIGHTEN YOUR CLIENTS! OUT THE DOOR WITH THEM! IF YOU NEED A LITTLE PUSH, I WOULD BE GLAD TO GIVE SOME $$ TO START THE "PURCHASE A NEW COLOR OUTFITS FOR STAFF" FUND. FOND REGARDS,
I had 2 fillings replaced this morning. They were old silver fillings, and I've been encouraged by the KCD team to have them removed and replaced w/ resin fillings. The process, though not pleasant, was not painful in the least. Both the dentist and assistant made every effort to be sure I was comfortable throughout. Now, hours later, the rim of one of the teeth that was involved is a bit sharp - I may go back to have that smoothed down, But, otherwise, things seem fine. I was in for my twice yearly cleaning by Lisa. She is phenomenal - the best ever!! Professional, warm, relaxed, knowledgeable. She makes each visit an investment in a healthier mouth while I also come away with newly learned oral hygiene information. Kudos and thank you!! Joyce
Very professional staff.
My experience in going to Kennebunk Center for Dentistry has always been very positive.. The surroundings are very comfortable and every member of the staff that I have met is always upbeat, smiling and just a pleasure to be around.
Except for one dreary, over-produced mid-'90s ballad with those dreadful synth drums (reminiscent of the theme from Costner's Robin Hood movie), the music being piped in during my session with Dr. Mills and Ann was quite pleasant. And that's important, for two hours of bad music could have turned the procedure ugly. At any rate, I had an inlay installed, and even got to see it manufactured on the Sirona inLab MC XL (I believe the prototype was used in "Blade Runner").
