Normally I tread the dentist! But today I had a great hygienist and a great appointment overall
I am a relatively new patient and have nothing but praise for everyone I have come into contact with..from Dr. Glinko who practices the latest evidence-based dental techniques and truly listens...to her husband Cliff..to Candace Shorey, her hygienist who quelled my anxiety..to the welcoming staff at the front desk. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They have wonderful staff who take the time to talk with you & listen to your concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
The staff at KVDA are skilled, but also attentive and sure to make you at ease. I have had nothing but good experiences here and have told everyone I know to switch - because if you aren't going here, you're missing out!
The staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I'm partially deaf, and they did a great job making sure they were communicating with me in a way that I would be able to hear and understand (ex: facing me when speaking, pulling masks down so I could read lips). I was able to get in earlier than expected due to a last minute cancellation, but wasn't able to get a sitter for my 7 month old son. Kathryn C cleaned my teeth.,incredible young woman,so professional,yet kind caring and interested in her patient.Another excellent experience at KVDA.Have recommended you to several friends who are now very happy patients.Rock on girls!,and office manager!
I have always been afraid of the Dentist, and since going to KVDA I haven't had a fear. They always make sure I am comfortable, and always check in. I HIGHLY recommend KVDA.
