Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Helpful. Understanding (Came down with bad cold the day before my first appointment).
Entire staff is very pleasant, dedicated, and everyone takes the time to explain each procedure and answer questions.
My daughter and I both have serious anxiety when it comes to dental treatments, and with Dr. Glinko and her staff, we were at ease during our whole visit, from xrays to tooth extractions. The facility at KVDA is top of the line, and the care is even better. We couldn't ask for a more caring and gentle staff or dentist.
Dr. Glinko and her staff are the best in their field. What ever the specific treatment needs might be, They are all prepared to help, in anyway that they can, to create a positive experience in their office.
I very much appreciate how much everyone working at KVDA is so caring and very much concerned about me and my experience with them. They have gone out of the way to take care of me and I am sure they treat every one that way.
I get anxious visiting the dentist, but this staff makes me feel comfortable. I have only praise for them. Their offices and equipment appear to be state of the art. It is the best dental office I have used in 50 years.
Everyone I met there, the receptionists, the Dental Assistant Cherie, Cliff in the business office and Dr. Glinko herself, was friendly and professional. They treat their clients with respect, are very thorough, and seem to have the client's best interest in mind. Dr. Glinko took great care to explain everything and went out of her way to see that I had all my questions answered. I haven't had any work done yet, but I can say I don't think I will mind going to the dentist at Kennebec Valley Dental Arts.
Professionalism from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, with nothing except the highest level of service in between those moments. Not at all what you would expect in a small central Maine town. There are no shortcomings as a result of being located away from a highly populated area. Always pleased at the personalized service and treatment.
