Unfortunately the office manager has been anything BUT helpful. Ive been trying to contact her (after coresponding prior and using the same email)and the Dr via email since the 5th of this month and NEITHER will return my emails. I was hoping to resolve this privately. No luck. I have been told its "office policy" and acceptable to have lenses that make my vision worse than with no lenses at all and be charged FULL price of $632. My husband and I have been going to Kennebec Eyecare for years. Dr. Paradis has a wonderful rapport with patients, is professional and very knowledgeable. The staff is professional and courteous!
Dr. Paradis has excellent knowledge and demeanor. I've worn glasses since 1956 and been examined by many good optometrists, and eye doctors, but he's about the best!
I've been a customer for 10+ years --- wouldn't go anywhere else!
