My eyeglasses broke and they fit me in right off the bat. I had new glasses within an hour. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend if you need glasses.
I got an appointment right away after losing my glasses. Their set-up for safety during COVID-19 is outstanding. And the glasses I got were very affordable. Love this office!
Broke my glasses during pandemic stay at home and was panic stricken, I have no backup pair. So thankful to Kennebec Eye Care for having spare parts on hand hand and giving me a temp fix that will last till restrictions are lifted and I can order a new pair. I was seriously panicked at the thought of not being able to see and in 15 min they made it all better. Customer for life!!!
Thanks to the staff. I lost my glasses and they were great to accommodate me with COVID 19 going around and helped me get a new pair. The staff was so awesome and friendly. If you need a eye doctor I would highly recommend them.

I actually enjoyed every interaction I had with each person at kennebec eyecare today. They actually listen to your words about every question and concern. I also left with a trial set of contacts and can see better than I have seen in a year. So professional , knowledgeable, and nice !! They took their time and got it right 💕 I’m never going anywhere else.
