We've had multiple problems while living here for 5 months. To name some- mouse infestation, pest problem, flooding from the ceiling, flooding from the floor, and today's newest... flooding from sanitary pipe. After going back and forth with the IGNORANT rental contractors, they finally agreed to rip up the carpet but acted childish while doing so- referring to my dad as ridiculous for forcing them to replace all the carpet that was drenched in insanitary water from a sewage leak. When we moved in it seemed like a pretty nice apartment for college students. Shortly after move in we quickly realized we had a mouse infestation. We are relatively clean people and cleaned thoroughly especially when we realized we had mice. We called and emailed the leasing office lots of times hoping to get help from them.
