If you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for mice infected, run down apartments with uneven floors (as in, I could not put pencils on my desk without them rolling off) and no parking, this is the place for you. Even with the perfect record, your rent will go up consistently. No matter how poor the condition of the apartment is when you move in, you will be charged as if you were the cause of those damages.
The nicest and most helpful management office!
I highly recommend Kenilworth at Charles! The management office has been extremely nice and very helpful with anything we have needed. Maintenance generally comes to an apt to check on a request within 24 hours, most of the time even sooner.
