I am so grateful for my experience here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm, welcoming vibes. Every employee was eager to help and very kind. I got a necklace with mine and my brothers birthstone, and an amazing bonus bracelet all thanks to Lauren!! Thank you guys for being so great❤️❤️❤️
My best friend and I went in to make some jewlery. Everyone was so sweet, we met Lisa who made our jewelry for us and gave some great idea to help up out with it. It was great!!! Definitely recommend this Kendra Scott the staff is amazing!!!
What a great group of people working. I was in and out in no time everyone was pleasant and even helped me wrap up my Christmas gift for my daughter. really a great retail experience not just with a jewelry store, but any retail. 10 out of 10 thank you guys again!
Rude staff
Turns out my $55+ "statement ring" was actually brass — so I guess the statement is, “I tarnish easily.” 😅 Would’ve loved a heads-up about the material. The lady helping us seemed to think we were shopping in the wrong tax bracket, which made things a bit awkward. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not the shine I was hoping for. Won't be back. Instead we went and bought pandora rings🥰🤏🏽
