Easily one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! The entire staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful! I had called beforehand to check a couple things and it came up that our visit was to use her birthday discount. They went over-the-top making her feel so special and as a Mom I am so grateful! We will definitely be back and happily drive the hour and 20 minute drive up for the amazing service they provide! Thank you KS Novi!

*****Update***** My band has not been great. Love the look but regularly it just falls off. Various links come apart and then my watch falls off. I have been lucky to find it on each time. I was at this store for something else and mentioned it and they did not care, at all. Do not stand behind their product. Very disappointing. This is not a cheap band. Everyone was very helpful. What a blessing this store was today! We shop here frequently and always have the best experiences. So friendly and always helpful in finding the next piece to add to our Kendra collection. My daughter purchased a necklace and earrings and shortly after purchasing was stolen from at another store in the mall as she was looking for a top and set her bag down next to her.
