We visited the Mirimar, FL store on Friday, July 11th, with my daughter and her friend, just planning to browse a few items. I ended up purchasing three bracelets and a ring for myself, as well as earrings, a ring, and a bracelet for my daughter. Mary Francis at this location truly made my day and helped me fix a Xmas nightmare! I called the customer service line and they were unable to replace my purchased bracelet. They sent me to this store with availability and Mary Francis went ABOVE and BEYOND! So friendly, so helpful, cannot believe how great the service I received has been. Thank you, Mary Francis!!! You turned around what could have been an unfortunate Xmas ending.
4 people working in the smallest space, and I was the only customer in the spacd - not one says hello. This one older woman came out and helped me and she was so kind, asked her to check one more thing for me. She didn’t see it so kindly asked another associate in the store to check, and confirm she was correct about it being sold out. I could feel the attitude come out when she asked. I bought a necklace and the stone is losing color, I went to the store and they did not want to change the necklace The treatment was discriminatory because the lady was not kind to me and my daughter.
