Products are good but super overpriced for the materials used like brass and polished with 14k gold and 18k on others. The biggest issue is ONLY STORE CREDIT if you return. They do not give refund credit card. This forces you to either buy different jewelry or have store credit for future purchases. Visiting from out of town and Katalina made my experience beyond wonderful. She took her time with me and helped me pick items that I would love and she had great recommendations
refuses to issue a refund. i shipped my item back and was notified that it was delivered. that delivery was three weeks ago. and they haven't given me my money back. their staff is fully aware. i've contacted customer service, they just don't care. it's actually insane.
The people running the photo booth at the grove during Christmas were rude and refused to let us take a photo in front of the gingerbread house style booth. Do to being "closed".
We visited the Mirimar, FL store on Friday, July 11th, with my daughter and her friend, just planning to browse a few items.
