I was putting together a surprise Valentine’s Day gift yesterday and part of it was a new set of earrings from Kendra Scott! Told the team my story and they were so incredibly helpful. They personally helped me pick out the most beautiful pair of earrings and were so kind to my wife and I the entire time we were in the store! These are wonderful people here and we will absolutely be coming back for special occasions in the future!!
Went in there for a friend, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. The store has everything from necklaces, bracelets, rings and a lot more.
Scam company. Do they make jewelry? Yes. Is it decent? Sure. But wait until you have any issues, order something in the wrong size or buy something as a gift and have to send it back. I tried to cancel/change a ring size literally 2 MINUTES after placing my order and they did nothing about it. Couldn’t help. Now my girlfriend will be getting a ring for Christmas that doesn’t fit I paid 100$ for, and I can’t send it back or change out for the right size. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
