Scam company. Do they make jewelry? Yes. Is it decent? Sure. But wait until you have any issues, order something in the wrong size or buy something as a gift and have to send it back. I tried to cancel/change a ring size literally 2 MINUTES after placing my order and they did nothing about it. Couldn’t help. Now my girlfriend will be getting a ring for Christmas that doesn’t fit I paid 100$ for, and I can’t send it back or change out for the right size. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I am a long time Kendra Scott customer, but today was my first in store experience at the color bar. My daughter and I have July birthdays that are 5 days apart and have been counting down the days until our Kendra Scott trip and today was the day! We had an INCREDIBLE experience in store at this Knoxville location- it very much made the 2 hour drive there worth it and we will for sure be doing it again.
