Best customer experience ever! Manager Courtney was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. My daughter and I got our first Kendra Scott locket necklaces, and will always be grateful to Courtney for the experience!
Very disappointed in customer service from this store and Kendra Scott. My husband surprised me with a gift that was not my style, and have gone back and forth for weeks trying to get a refund. The store tells us to call corporate, and corporate tells us to go to the store. Terrible return policy that was not disclosed at time of purchase. Be warned anything you buy is final sale.
Best customer service I have ever received at any Kendra Scott store. The staff was welcoming and extremely pleasant. Even though they were very busy, they ensured that all clients were serviced. The assistant manager - Leah - was a goddess of multi tasking. She set the tone for the entire team, who strive to provide best customer experience for all clients. I purchased $1000 on this trip!
Everyone was really nice and helpful!! Would recommend the store.
