Best customer service I have ever received at any Kendra Scott store. The staff was welcoming and extremely pleasant. Even though they were very busy, they ensured that all clients were serviced. The assistant manager - Leah - was a goddess of multi tasking. She set the tone for the entire team, who strive to provide best customer experience for all clients. I purchased $1000 on this trip!

I was walking by and saw the sale. Leah was so warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products that I got so much stuff! I also got to learn about the Color Bar. This is my new favorite store!
I went to this location about 4 months ago and my friend and I did the friendship bracelet bar. The employee was extremely rude and when my friend asked for her bracelet to be fixed because the stone was falling out, she rolled her eyes at us. This made us just want to check out and leave the store. The same day we had to go back because the stone again started falling out and when we came back the employee said she did not want to help us and was whispering about us to other employees.
