I went to this location about 4 months ago and my friend and I did the friendship bracelet bar. The employee was extremely rude and when my friend asked for her bracelet to be fixed because the stone was falling out, she rolled her eyes at us. This made us just want to check out and leave the store. The same day we had to go back because the stone again started falling out and when we came back the employee said she did not want to help us and was whispering about us to other employees. I had such a great time shopping at Kendra Scott in Georgetown. I picked up this beautiful necklace and a nice perfume; I couldn't be happier with my purchases. The jewelry just really wows, and the fragrance is perfect. What really made this experience special is that this staff was so friendly. They were attentive and very helpful and did everything to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for.
