Well I can promise this will be the last time my family spends a dime on this costume jewelry!! My 17 daughter will have to find somewhere else to find similar items! Ashley C. at the Westgate mall was rude, unkind, and unprofessional. Maybe she should get a different job, customer service doesn’t suite her. My daughter was excited to spend her money for a necklace and we left feeling disappointed about our experience.
I recently visited the Kendra Scott store in Amarillo to purchase a birthday gift for my sister, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I believe the associate’s name was Lisa, and she made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during my time there. Rather than feeling welcomed or assisted, I felt like I was being closely watched and silently judged the entire time.
