On Sunday, 1/18, I went into the Kendra Scott store in Amarillo, Texas to replace my mother-in-law’s necklace and purchase a matching pair of earrings. My in-laws had recently lost everything they owned in a house fire, and this particular necklace meant so much to her. My brother-in-law is a senior in high school and shows stock show animals. I had the absolute best experience this holiday season! The team was so great and attentive considering how wild it was with the amount of people there. They also had complimentary cocktail drinks, and made it so fun to shop!
So usually I would rate this Kendra Scott location 5 stars, but yesterday I had a terrible experience there with a lady named Adrianna. Usually I am greeted at the door and told of the sales and stuff for the day. Today, she stood at the make your own bar and stared me down. She clearly saw me walk in, but she did not approach me. Well I can promise this will be the last time my family spends a dime on this costume jewelry!! My 17 daughter will have to find somewhere else to find similar items! The lack of respect the staff have for every customer is as loud and clear as day if you don’t look a certain way you will be treated different!
