I just love this line so much! They have lovely pieces for gifts for friends and family, it's become my go-to for short-notice birthdays!
It was my birthday and I ordered my present. They had closed a few days to move and was afraid that my merchandise would be put back in stock. They were kind enough to hold it out until I was able to get there. The associate was nice and said you knew I would be there to get my present when they opened bank up.

Amil and Erin were the BIGGEST help today. I had bought the Ari Emily heart ring last week and Heather had shipped a specific stone in for me. I came in today to get it put into my ring and funny story, we dropped the stone. Amil and Erin were on their hands and knees helping me find it. I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be back to The Summit location.
As others have said the customer service is horrible at this store. Five employees more concerned with inventory than helping us. A gentleman came in to pick up an order while we there and two employees starting making negative comments about him before he even went out the door. Love the jewelry, but this store needs customer service training.
