Abby is amazing! I was so stressed since I was doing last minute Christmas shopping and I got in 10 minutes before the store closed. I knew I wanted a letter pendant necklace but what I initially thought I wanted wasn’t quite what I thought it would look like. Abby was so wonderful in helping me find the right option for my fiancée! I never felt rushed either. Incredible customer service!
We were at the Kendra Scott Flagship store today, it was packed! However, the customer service was STELLAR!!!! Catherine helped my daughter and me with our many purchases, gave us her honest opinion, and was an outstanding associate!!!! I would recommend this store forever and Catherine was so great, went above and beyond to help us!!! It’s Parents Weekend and home game day at UT and the town is packed. However, KS flagship store did not disappoint!!!!
