Second time I've been to Kendall's.Iam still not complaining because the first time was awesome but ordered a large CFS with fries but no gravy.I dont blame the server,these things happen.When it came out and was asked what was wrong and Was offered to have it replaced but not saying it goes on here but in this day and age,the kitchen doesn't like it when think you are complaining so I left it at that and gave mine away.My order was comp'd.
