The food was amazing. And the cinnamon rolls are phenomenal!! I totally would recommend!! Service was great! It was all just GREAT.
Service was excellent! Chicken Fried was huge! Sat us in front of the big screen so we got to watch football while we ate!
I just want to commend this restaurant for being sooooooo kind and having care and compassion!!!! I have a friend awaiting surgery and has cancer. She's always sharing the pictures and wanting to eat their chicken fried steak. I live hours away in Texas and I simply messaged them to see what I needed to do to get her a meal. They simply asked her name and said they would take care of it and they did!!!! God bless them and their business always!!!!
Your pictures are very misleading! We won't be back! The chicken fry was paper thin & mostly breading, no meat! Your potatoes were very bland & thick (almost like hospital potatoes) not light & fluffy! My okra was good, but my niece's was soggy!! Gravy was cold! The cinnamon roll was doughy & very little icing & too much cinnamon. It was soggy! We had to wait for a long time before receiving drinks & what establishment runs out of Sierra mist, esp when you are only open 4 days a week? We had high hopes & were very disappoint... read more
Very good food! Taste like home cooked! We have to drive a ways to get there but worth the drive!!!

Took my mom to Kendall"s for her 75th birthday lunch. Chicken fried steak. It was delicious! Can't wait to come back
First time to try...big let down. Waitress didn't seem happy to be there and was not knowledgable about the menu. She handed my husbands plate to me to serve to him and grabbed our drinks from the top. The host was rude, after being charged the wrong amount he told us it wasn't him it was a lady and argued about it. Was excited to finally try this "awesome" place and sadly very disappointed. The food was good but we will not be back.
