It's pretty good food but their cinnamon rolls are mostly just sugar with some cinnamon flavor. I can't eat them because they're too sweet. And you can't pay with a check card. It's checks or money only. You should give them a try.
I was a Winner of the Free dinner and Wow! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive! My wife and I ordered the middle chicken fried steak and it was delicious and our Waitress rocked her costume!
Fantastic all the way around !! Loved the building, reminded me of some of the 'old style' pubs & eating joints in Chicago.

I've eaten here a few times. Would recommend Kendall's to all my family and friends. The Chicken Fried Steak is amazing with all the sides! The cinnamon rolls are amazing to.
The food is unbelievable. I had the open face roast beef sandwich. So good. Having the leftovers now.
We visited Kendalls after the football game, loved it! Our 'waiter" happened to be one of the owners. I feel we got exceptional service from someone with great interest in serving us. He was very personable and offered some history of his place which I love to hear. Our food was served quickly, was hot and fresh. The chicken fry was indeed one of the best I've ever eaten. Oh man! Let me just say.... everything down to the dr. Pepper was great. I had the chicken fried steak. Oh man it was the best!! I'm gonna go back just for the food. The service was the best.
