Overpriced, small, exspensive, rude mangement, poor laundry room, and they charge for all utilities. – The units are small, overpriced, management is rude, the laundry room has many machines that don't work correctly and are not maintained, and they charge for garbage,water, and sewer. The utility bills (sewer, garbage, water) is around 90 bucks for an 830 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bath which is pretty ridiculous.
