Made an appointment on Monday for a Friday scheduled appointment. Assumed plently of time for needed parts. Waited an hour, then told the part need for my service was out of stock! It had been used for another vehilce ahead of mine! Ford apologized profusely on their slip-up and re-scheduled me for the following Tuesday; promised me free loaner vehicle. I know their error and trying to fix, but my time-off is valuable; have to get more time off now. Was promised a loaner vehicle for free; I hope there's a discount on the price also!
