easy to work with. i did not meet them in person but the employee that picked up the car said they were very nice people.
After being contacted by their internet department we made arrangements to look at the vehicle. We received a call the morning we were to visit the dealership and found that the unit was sold but they had a couple of other options for us. We drove 40 miles to the dealership and was met at the door by Dale. He confirmed that the unit was sold but they had nothing out of their 151 units that would meet our needs. One of the reasons for the trip was to get our vehicle appraised. That didn't happen either. Not a good experience

Helpful and showed me what I asked but got a bit pushy when I said I needed too sleep on my decision and I really wish I had just went with my gut feeling and left but they got there deal done and exhausted I left. Hopefully the vehicle works out but I've noticed a few little things already that I might have picked up if I had time too come back.

Dealership changed the oil in the car but did not tighten the filter all the way. Thought I had bought a car with a problem.. Sales department was very good. I would buy from them again but be smarter about asking questions about the service department. Probably a fluke but could have had grave consequences. Also the other dealer who fixed the oil leak problem found 2 recalls that were outstanding. One involving the air bags. Carfax did not show these recalls as active but the car manufacturer did.
