I wouldn't trust anyone other than Bascom Palmer with my eyes. Part of UnIv of Miami, latest equip and Doctors not on commission. Dr Donaldson was thorough in the office & excellent in surgery.
Wonderful bedside manner and so much concern for the patient
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Donaldson during my eye exams and my cataract surgery. She is meticulous and her bedside manner is comforting. Her office is well run…a special shoutout to Yoslen Hernandez, her surgery coordinator!
Dr. Donaldson is a world class professional. She calmly brought clarity to all the decisions a patient faces in cataract surgery. My procedure went extremely well, I’m confident I chose the right lens, and am grateful she was my doctor. Furthermore, the Bascom Palmer support team are very clearly committed to patient comfort and wellbeing. In particular, I single out Yoslen Hernandez, surgical coordinator, for helping coordinate all the moving parts.
