My wife and 2 daughters really like the complex and the staff. They take care of any problems and are very friendly.
I love Palmera Apartments because it feels like home. It's in a great location, convenient to shopping, feels safe, nicely landscaped and well maintained. I enjoy the amenities of the gym, walking trails and pool. Manager Stacy and staff are professional, pleasant, friendly and supportive to our needs. Love living in my Palmera. Attached garages/garages in buildings, big tubs, pool, nicely maintained property, and friendly staff are fantastic! Have been here 3 years and am on my way to sign another lease!
A GREAT place to live. The facility is run in a very professional manner. The office and maintenance teams have a strong sense of urgency and are attentive to residents needs. Communication and follow up is excellent. The grounds are well-kept and overall standards for the property are exceptional. Palmera is a safe, clean, quiet place to live.
My husband and I love living at Palmera. You couldn't ask for a friendlier more accommodating staff and the grounds are always well maintained.

My son and I are currently living at Palmera, and we love it! The grounds are beautiful, that include a walking trail, salt water pool, and spa like atmosphere. From the granite counter tops, the dark hardwood floors everything in my place is top notch! Let’s not forget the staff and how are they are willing to go above and beyond for their renters! I am looking forward to renewing my lease!
