I have had a good experience at Ken Towery on Hausfeldt Lane in New Albany. I LOVE the ability to make an appointment online. They have good discounts, rebates and sales and I get notified by email. I had my oil changed there one month ago and got 4 new tires yesterday.

I am an ase-certified mechanic my brother was selling his car the people they were interested in the car took it to this Ken towery's off of Grant Line Road in New Albany where they called us and told us that they said mechanic is found a leaky head gasket give it the car has never overheated or lost any antifreeze what's so ever I proceeded to off the mechanic to them there tell me his reasoning behind the blown head gasket he refused and kept coming up with different stories saying that one it was burning the antifreeze ou... read more

thank you to the crew at this location!! even though i was not in need of a new tire, the crew here gave me a shot of air to fill up a tire that went flat on my mother's car! thanks again and that kind of neighborhood care has definately earned my business the next time i do need any kind of tire work or service!!
