I went in today for an oil change at store #11 off Grant Line Rd in New Albany. A staff member told me that I needed new windshield wiper blades and I told him that was physically impossible because I just got new ones last week. It has been raining all day and I didn't notice any issues using them on my way to Ken Towery. Once I get back in my car, I notice that the passenger side wiper is streaking and making an unpleasant noise. So I get out and see that the blade is bent. I had an appointment for an oil change. I got there 45 early and told the nice guy behind the counter that I was way early and I did not expect my truck to be pulled in early. The young man said he would try to get me in sooner. He asked if I had a coupon and I said no. He looked online and found me a 15 off coupon. After it was all done my truck was done in under 45 min. Thanks for the great service

Putting Ken Towery Automotive in New Albany IN on Grant Line Road on Notice. They tried to mug me for air air conditioning repair for 1100.00. So why did I fix my own problem for 40.00... flat thanks to Autozone in Clarksville IN. Because as I thought Ken Towery automotive is full of ?$y!!$$... run away from the one in New Albany on Grant Line road as fast as you can.

I was in charge of getting my car an oil change today. These guys here at Ken Towery were awesome! Not only were they quick at getting me in, after I picked up lunch they had put Nick jr. on for my girls. I had to go and get a part that had broken and they graciously put it on for free! Excellent service and a huge blessing for this Mama today.
