We took one of our vehicles there for oil change, tires rotated, etc.Then low tire light doesn't go off. We take it back to get it checked. Pressure down 10lbs in all 4 tires..SMH So then we take our other vehicle for same thing. Walk out to get mail. There are 2 huge spots of oil on driveway where the car parks. Needless to say we won't be going back there for service. They really need to hire competent people.

I'll never take a vehicle to this place again. I have a 2014 Silverado, with 70,000 miles. I was in need of new tires an alignment and also wanted to do some maintenance to my truck. I decided I'd have them do a radiator flush and fill, transmission flush and fill, differential fluid change and an oil change. Ken Towery had the best overall price of anyone that I could find. They seen us pull up and immediately came out to see if they could help. With the smell of antifreeze and steam coming from under the hood, the gentleman was glad to be of assistance. He pretty much knew what the problem was and got my vehicle right in to fix it! Thank you, your the best!

I had a tire blowout, and have a special order tire that no place in town stocks. Ken Towery had my tire available the very next day, I walked in and got service immediately, and the cost was $100 less than a competing New Albany tire shop. I am now a loyal customer!

I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire. They: 1 - left a 6 inch scratch on my gloss black rim - I assume when they removed the old weights for re-balance, considering the position. 2 - left all of the adhesive from the old weights on the rim; again, gloss black... very visible and very hard to remove at home. 3 - used bright grey weights on a BLACK rim. 4 - ever since they touched it, I've been getting tired pressure sensor errors intermittently.
