On our way to NC for an event. Forgot to grease the trailer before we left, swung in to see if they could help us out and put some grease in our trailer hubs. I was told that it would be a long time, and they didn't have an extra guy to do it. Keep in mind these are ez lube hubs which require just 5 minutes tops to grease all the hubs. Luckily auto mate had time to help us out!

Dustin Phillips at the Danville, Kentucky Ken Towery store went above and beyond customer service! My girls and I were stranded with a blown out tire, I couldn't get to the spare, didn't have a jack, pretty much everyone I knew who could help was an hour or so away and no place in town does road side service. Ken Towery doesn't do this normally but Dustin was kind enough to come anyhow. He came, got the old tire off, ran back to the store and brought back the new one and changed it right there.
