Because I requested a blood panel that required one thing that she was curious about not getting it for me that I’m concerned about my blood and my health that I know what I’m doing if I request something I should be able to get it from my doctor, whether it’s out-of-pocket or insurance and she was a very rude to me today I will never go to this bathroom again I’m going to change my doctor because you guys are terrible. I'll give 2 because the front desk lady was nice but the experience went downhill after that. I won't name names but it felt like I was at the DMV and not a healthcare facility. The nurse practitioner I saw gave me attitude for everything and couldn't even pretend to care about my health or wellbeing. She barely looked away from her computer which is weird considering that was my first appointment with her. Wonderful compassionate Professional care the doctors and the nursing staff as well as all those that greet you at the front window and your intake person that makes you feel comfortable as you wait for your particular provider. We love it. Thank you sincerely
