My boiler pilot light went out and wouldn't stay re lit. I had Ken Philps company make a service call. They changed the thermocouple and it still didn't stay lit. It was suggested that it needed a new gas valve which they would need to order. I called them a few days later to be told they couldn't find a gas valve due to the age of my system and they offered to quote an entire boiler replacement. $$$$$. Technician was friendly, professional, and did a great job fixing our furnace and air conditioning unit. The service was provided within 24hrs of calling. The office staff member Kim has amazing customer service and was very prompt.
My previous homeowners did the furnace servicing regularly from these guys for 15 years. When we purchased the property the furnace and ac were more than 18 years old. The furnace works like new and as they are official lennox dealers in Owensound so all parts are readily available without any wait times.
We've used Ken Philp recently to help address both plumbing and heating issues which were all fairly urgent in nature. They were quick to respond and the work was executed in a professional and courteous manner. We will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend
From my first conversation with this company until the job was completed this past week, my experience with this company has been 100% positive. Every employee I dealt with took the time to explain every step in the process and the Moov air outdoor unit and the 2 indoor units were professionally installed thanks to Jesse and Austin! Thanks to Marty who walked me thru the whole job and to Kim at the office. The airconditioning provided by this system hass changed my life!
