This is the best ************ I have dealt with. They are fair priced and honest. I have had other companies out and they always try to sell me a new system. I like that these guys dont try to push a sale on you.

I just had them replace a motor on my daughter's system. They were fast, professional and fairly inexpensive. The tech answered all my questions and let me watch the whole procedure. I am very happy with their work, will be calling them for any future repairs.

We had an issue with some leaking water. Mike came out and determined the drain pipe was clogged. He repaired it. We then stepped out for a bit. When we came back it appeared to have water. so we contacted Mike and he returned. Turned out to be okay; just a bunch of condensation from the high humidity. But he and Maddox wanted to be sure everything was okay. Mike was professional on both trips and he made sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this company and Mike as a great technician. Thank you.

Ask for MIke – I just had my furnace serviced by a technician named Mike. He did an excellent thorough cleaning, and took the time to discuss the operation of my system and my thermostat. It' s hard to find a service professional that isnt in a hurry to get the job done (at least when I lived in Chicago it was.) I dont regret choosing Maddox and will always ask for MIke.

Good HVAC Contractor – Agree with the good reviews. Fair pricing. They have never tried to take advantage of me all the times I have used them. (System is 15 yrs old)

IMPRESSED – Never had the urge to write a review, but after the way they treated my elderly father, I just have to share it. When I was out of town, my 93 year old dad's furnace was making noise so he called out a contractor he found in the phonebook. The tech told him he needed a new motor for $686.76 but should probley replace the system for about $6500. Wouldn't recommend them – Heat went out on a Sunday morning. Called about 8 and had service by 11. The technician got heat working, but didn't really look into what caused the problem. Heat shut down Sunday night, called again Monday morning. Ken apologized for the mistake and the technician came out again, replaced a few components but still didn't search for actual problem.
