Ask for MIke – I just had my furnace serviced by a technician named Mike. He did an excellent thorough cleaning, and took the time to discuss the operation of my system and my thermostat. It' s hard to find a service professional that isnt in a hurry to get the job done (at least when I lived in Chicago it was.) I dont regret choosing Maddox and will always ask for MIke.

Good HVAC Contractor – Agree with the good reviews. Fair pricing. They have never tried to take advantage of me all the times I have used them. (System is 15 yrs old)

IMPRESSED – Never had the urge to write a review, but after the way they treated my elderly father, I just have to share it. When I was out of town, my 93 year old dad's furnace was making noise so he called out a contractor he found in the phonebook. The tech told him he needed a new motor for $686.76 but should probley replace the system for about $6500. A good experience – Used Maddox H&A for 1st time on the recommendation of a friend. I am very happy with the work done and costs associated. Very reasonable. Very friendly and on time!

Wouldn't recommend them – Heat went out on a Sunday morning. Called about 8 and had service by 11. The technician got heat working, but didn't really look into what caused the problem. Heat shut down Sunday night, called again Monday morning. Ken apologized for the mistake and the technician came out again, replaced a few components but still didn't search for actual problem. PROFESSIONAL AND ECONOMICAL – I have been using this company for about 10 years now. Every time I call them they are professional and come out right away. I've checked their prices with other companies and there is just no match for the type of equipment and service they provide. I am very happy with this company and recommend them to everyone.

WOW!!! All I can say is..... THANK YOU SO MUCH KEN MADDOX HEATING AND AIR-CONDITIONING!! – I was having and a-c problem and I had a well known H&A company come out. They wanted to practically do an complete overhaul on the unit for $1300!! Of course that just didn't go over well for me so I decided to get another opinion and I did some asking around. Bad company *****DO NOT CALL***** – They came to my home charged me 110.00 to tell me that we need a new furnace because Trane doesnt make a certain coil any longer. I called other people that told me that I could get this coil, I spoke to Mr. Maddox himself in which was a very nasty man to talk to. tells me that I paid 110.00 for them to tell me what was wrong with my A/C. in which was incorrect.
