Had online in person appts with Ken Garff Ford and another dealership to sell our car. Went to Ken Garff Ford first- Met with John Fuller (salesman) . They ended up offering way lower than what we were asking. Kinda had a feeling that would happen with them..But the kicker was that Mr Fuller led with a reason that set my husband off. He led with.. the car needed new hub caps. They are "plastic" hub caps that you can get for dirt cheap -$23.96 at Walmart (I looked it up). I just bought a new car, a 2024 Nissan Altima, with Nicholas Wacker. He was so kind and helpful helping us fill in information and figuring out numbers together. As well as Jeremiah Smith, he was another associate that greeted me very polite and worked with me on finding the perfect car!! These employees are great people to make deals, over all a good company to do business with!:)
