I greatly appreciated the respectful service advisor, and am totally satisfied with the timely service provided.
I had a great experience with both the sales and finance teams at Ford. Everyone was down to earth, friendly, and never pushy. They gave me the time and space to make my decision without feeling pressured. They were easy to work with, listened to what I wanted, and really worked with me to make everything come together. I appreciated how smooth and comfortable they made the entire process!
Drove over 7 hours to buy a used truck and i specificly ask numerous times to let me know if there was any flaws or anything wrong, it didn't matter.I just wanted to know so I wasn't surprised with anything.Got there, pulled the truck around.The first thing i noticed The power steering pump is screaming because it's out of oil. There was hell damage on the roof in the hood of the truck. 2 out of 10will not do it again
