In January, my wife and I went to Greeley Ken Garff to purchase a new Ford Bronco, and had the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership. Ultimately we experienced terrible customer service, service recovery efforts, and dishonesty and misrepresentation of facts during negotiations. Honestly my first time but I really liked the guy who helped me in the service Dept. They are really nice and cool ppl and if you need something they will help you out Update : my mach e has been having some pretty dangerous issues coming up. Almost costing me an accident. I will say when I brought it in, just yesterday, Brad and Mikaela were on top of everything.
