I made all the arrangements to take our truck in to be fixed. Maria was so sweet and answered all questions and took care of all the insurance stuff. She kept me up to date on the progress and when something else needed to be ordered and time frames. She was absolutely amazing to work with. No surprises when it came time to pick our truck up, like we've had with other repair shops. Highly recommend Ken Garff Collision in St. George.
Took my ford 1-50 Lariat. I was hit from on the side of my passenger door. Kristi ensured factory parts were used and delivery was up to my satisfacion But Casey Hansen who actually fixed my truck was the worst. I don’t know how the company still has him repairing vehicles. Don’t bring you car here ask your insurance to send you somewhere else.
First things first Brenda was outstanding that girl needs a raise. As for Casey Hansen, he is the worst person ever. She suggested if I wanted my car to be fixed the right way and on time I would have to give him a wink at first I thought it was a joke, but he was serious about this. The worst experience of my life after speaking with Kristie Muir. I thought that my vehicle was going to be fixed with professionals I was wrong. This man named Casey Hansen. He was rude and unappropriate. He was very flirtatious with me and hinting. If I wanted my vehicle to be worked on faster to give him my number, obviously he was a married man because he had a ring on his finger I thought it was a joke or I was getting Pranked, but it wasn’t no joke.
