I love my Subaru. What I don’t love? The bombardment of follow up phone calls and emails I get after every single time I bring my car in for service. I had my car in for an oil change on Monday and in the last 3 days, 4 phone calls and I can’t tell you how many emails I have deleted. There’s customer service, and then there’s bothering busy people. Enough already!
Ordered bolts needed badly, supposed to be here Friday. Called to pick them up. Dont know when theyll get them.
I was not happy at all. Just bought car and had some pulsating in my brake. They said I was from sitting and just run the brakes it will work itself out. Well I went to Wickliffe Subaru were I bought my car they fixed the problem for me gave me a rent a car more then Bedford did. Thought since it was closer I would go there. BIG MISTAKE.
Your rolling billboard parts truck just cut me off. I396 mm76 roughly just before the tunnel with out a turn signal. I'm running 78k lbs. Tag number started with PJE.
Geez...I contacted the service department and must have caught someone named "Joe" on a bad day. First, he berated me for even daring to ask for an appointment at "4pm on a Friday for Saturday". Why Joe, do you even have service hours until 6pm today if I'm not supposed to call with a question...?Secondly, he became all condescending when I asked him about the possibility of scanning the code for my check engine light. Thanks Joe for sparing me the hassle of heading out to Ganley Subaru of Bedford for any type of service.
