After being turned away from Ganley Eastside Subaru for them screwing up my repair. I tried to take my car here and they did not even want to try and inspect my car or give me any help. The technicians there were super helpful and kind but disappointed in the management for not wanting to even attempt to help.
Worst customer service ever experienced. Apparently when things don’t go their way you have “wasted their time”. If you want to be treated well and professionally, don’t stop here at all. Save yourself some time. They also take your money and don’t give it back when they claim they will. Steer clear from Tony. Very rude and unprofessional.
Don't buy a 2018 or 2019 Outback with the 8 inch central unit ("radio"). It will almost certainly break within the first year and replacement parts are not available.

Gave us all the information we requested and didn't drag out the process and try to get us to take a car home. A very delightful experience and if we decide to get a Subaru, we will be sure to return!
