Service I purchased my KIA from Bill Doraty five (5) years ago for $11k. I've spent $4k in repairs. Despite the amount of money I have dumped into this scam, the staff continues to be disrespectful every time I visit (which is quite a bit now that my car has almost 80,000 miles on it, and according to the service manager, Dan, that makes it an older vehicle.)
Kia service excellence We recently bought a used Kia from a non-Kia dealer and wanted an actual Kia Dealer to check it out. Even thought we did not buy it from this particular dealer, the people there got us in right away with an appointment to check it over and were so very helpful answering some left over questions we had with our purchase. We will definitely go back to them for any more service.
