broken mirror customer broke the mirror and said it was broken at delivery. that is not so. now you know the rest of the story. so they complained and tried to put the blame on the dealer.
poor customer service Bought a used vw in july, bought the warranty for the car. In october the car overheated extremely and the Charter Warranty ( Auto-Save} refused to cover the warranty. My brother called the dealership to see if they could help. After two weeks with no return call. I Called and talked to the salesman and the lady in finance it has now been another week since that call with no return so I wrote to the internet and also no return reply. I will never do business here again nor recommend it to anyone else
