Deceptive Business Practices Run The Other Way I hate Bill Doraty Kia. I walked in the dealership as i saw a used car on the lot that wanted. The problem was not with the car it was with the sales people. Mike Harb was the sales person. He flat out lied to me and to my wife. The fiance staff and Bill's personal assisant who lied to me and told me that bill was not their when mike harb told me he was. I was going to buy a 2002 gmc sonoma for 8700. We got the run-around! We purchased a Kia Optima from Bill Doraty on a Friday. We were owed the part to fix the door locks, which they told us would be in the following Monday. The part did not arrive at the dealer until Thursday. They made an appointment for us to come in and get it fixed, but when I told them there was more than that listed on the "we owe" slip, they said I'd need to reschedule. A very fine experience. THANKS. I have never been more impressed with a car buying experience, all staff and managers were helpful, AND Bill himself took the time to thank my wife and me for our business. We had been shown the run around other places, we were honest with out situation and they really were honest with us. Great experience, thanks Bill Doraty Kia!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! You couldn't pay me to buy a car from this company again. Bought a brand new Sedona and have had to have it towed to the dealership no less than a half dozen times. Had free oil changes and tire changes for life then told only to 60,000 miles. Never signed anything stating that so the increased limit to 100,000. Had an extended warranty which they never seem to locate whenever I have come in for the tons of work that has been done to this vehicle. Sweet Experience buying my car As a woman I am always a little intimidated buying a car. It is one of those things I always put off. I went into Bill Doraty KIA because I loved the look of the Kia Sportage. My salesperson was a pleasure to work with and asked me a lot of questions to help suggest the right equipment to suite my needs. I was then whisked into the finance person and was out in less than 15 minutes with almost no pressure. I am so happy with my car and the continued service I receive from Bill Doraty KIA.

Service I purchased my KIA from Bill Doraty five (5) years ago for $11k. I've spent $4k in repairs. Despite the amount of money I have dumped into this scam, the staff continues to be disrespectful every time I visit (which is quite a bit now that my car has almost 80,000 miles on it, and according to the service manager, Dan, that makes it an older vehicle.)

Best Experience Bill Doraty Kia in Medina, Ohio is DEFINITELY the Number One Kia Dealer in Ohio. I did my research online and they answered every question completely and their response time was by far faster than any other dealer I contacted. They also were the only dealership to give me upfront discounted pricing. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted warmly and received excellent service. Sold my phone number I went to Bill Doraty Kia a few weeks ago in response to a free car give away. Of course didn't win but that isn't what has me so angry. While I was in there I filled out a ticket for another free car drawing. When it came to the area that asked for my phone number I was reassured that it would be used only for the purposes of contacting me if I were to win. Mark The sales person that I had was Mike Harb, and he was a World Class Sale Rep. I had an awesome expierience, great service and best of all is someone that you can Trust. I would Highly Recommend, if you should ever be in the market get in contact with Mike Harb at Bill Doraty Kia his personal line is 440-476-5271. I even have his number programed in my cell phone contact list for my car needs. The Management Staff is also Great. This is the place to go to and make sure you only deal with MIKE HARB
