I connected with one of their Serpentini Chevrolet West Lake branch on Friday about purchasing a truck...told the sales associate Friday night and said I wanted the truck at 545. He acknowledged, said he'd call me in the morning by 10. I had to reach out to him at 1020 to see if he was there (even though another associate reached out at 9). Great company!
Very disappointed in this dealership they made a $400 mistake on the pricing and forced us to pay for it and refused to give us our title until we paid it! Terrible customer service will never buy from here again.
