I connected with one of their Serpentini Chevrolet West Lake branch on Friday about purchasing a truck...told the sales associate Friday night and said I wanted the truck at 545. He acknowledged, said he'd call me in the morning by 10. I had to reach out to him at 1020 to see if he was there (even though another associate reached out at 9).
