Ken came on recommendation from an agent in Virginia to help us sell property owned by a decedent in a probate estate in Virginia. Ken was incredible to work with, recommended great local counsel to handle the California probate, listed the property and successfully marketed the lot. I have used Ken Cash twice to purchase property in Incline Village. Ken and his wife Denise are outstanding professionals who are willing to do what it takes to not only find the right property but also to get it at the best price. Ken offers outstanding service after the sale as well.
