This is our second property transaction. We first purchased a condo in 2006 and then sold the condo and purchased a house in 2018. As well he handled the sale of my in-laws condo. Over the past 12 years, I have reached out to Ken about market information and he has always been helpful and helpful. Ken was a great asset to my wife and me during the entire purchase process. He was timely, straight to the point and respectful of our timeframe. He listened to what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted within our price range. He even gave us recommendations on which vet to take our dog to in the area! If the time comes, I would definitely use Ken again.

Ken is THE realtor you want to work with. There was no pressure and he listened to our needs. Ken was amazingly responsive (which is very appreciated when things need to move quick) and always on top of every item along the way. He went above and beyond and made sure you had to deal with little when it came to housekeeping items. Ken gets the job done and we couldn't have bought our first home so smoothly without him! You can tell he truly does care.

We highly recommend Ken Cash. We have been involved in a lot of real estate transactions and will not work with anyone whom we do not find to be knowledgable, efficient and responsive. Ken is great! I've had several transactions, and he's been crucial to my success in Incline Village. His knowledge of the area, the mortgage process and all the little gotchas make it very important to have him on my team. He has gone the extra mile for me many times, including meeting me at a property at 9 pm on a weeknight during a snowstorm! He's the best.....
