I love Dr James, Roland and Anne. I have been going to them for years and even though I have moved I gladly drive 30 plus minutes to go to them. They treat you like family and take good care of your eyes.
I’ve been going to Dr. James for the last 4 years and I’m very happy with my experience. I’ve needed corrective eyewear since I was 3 and have a lot of anxiety about going to the eye doctor due to past experiences. Dr. James is very kind and upon the first visit made me feel comfortable in his office. He also makes sure I get the most out of my vision benefits.
My entire family of 4 has been seeing Dr. James for the last 10 years. We have always been happy with our appointments and glasses. He and the staff are always friendly and accommodating with our schedules. I have a condition that requires monitoring and he always ensures I get the right imaging done, then compares with previous results to watch my status. I have complete trust in Dr. James and highly recommend his practice.
I have been to get my routine eye checks. The first time I was there, it was great. Besides the fact that they dilate the eyes, then they have you try frames on that you can not really see. Have to depent on the lady there to help you choose. The glasses worked great for me. 2nd time, I was there the same thing. Dilation. Check up. Let's have the lady find you a good pair.
