DO NOT GET LIFE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.. we have had a paid off policy since 2015. And they are giving us all type of hell and the run around about receiving our money.. all they say is Call back in 48 hours Call back in 5 days.. someone will reach out to you.. this is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. First of all we were with Mutual and they sold the company.. never one time did we get notice. Horrible customer service!!. My mother paid 20 years on a policy for her husband and when he passed this company gave us hell. My mother never missed a payment or paid late. We got nothing but excuses as to why we couldn't receive our money. We do not recommend this company to Anyone
I did not talk to a person I left a message but apparently it got through this was doing our winter storm and nothing was moving so for them to get the message and react to it was remarkable
Their coverage is adaptable, and the claims process was simple. It's reassuring to know that my loved ones will be financially secure if something happens to me.
