Great customer service Arturo!
Traci justice my supposed to be “adjuster” gave me the run around first saying they wasn’t paying this and that, then when they finally grew a pair to pay for storage I call back to ask how my vehicles is going I’ve called over 10 times in the past week no awnser but it’s okay insurance board is on it there will be no kemper auto soon
Worst Insurance Company by far ! They just trying to charge you more, over and over again. They just send you a lot of emails requesting information, that they already had to increase your monthly payments, it’s a SCAM.
