I am leasing a commercial property with this company and they are absolutely great. The owner has done everything he said he would do at the beginning of my lease and so much more. The property itself is neat , clean, updated , and well maintained.My application process was seamless and pain free. The office personnel has also been great. Michelle and Brian have both helped my dream of becoming a sucess business owner a reality.
They've been great!! Anytime I need something they take care of it quickly and have never given my problems!

I've lived at a Kemp Property with my kids for 7 years and never had any issues. Management and the employees have always been sincere and very easy to deal with. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental property!
I don't think I need to go into to detail about my experience. Absolutely horrible "business".
My family and I reside in one of their duplexes. I am thoroughly pleased with the management team and the ownership. They have shown professionalism and provided my family with a wonderful, clean and safe home. I was given the managers personal cell phone number for any problems that happen after hours. I would highly recommend using Kemp Properties for your rental needs.
These properties should be condemned! Does not have proper up keep or maintenance that is the owners responsibility. I bet even the owner would not let their families live on any of these properties.
