Kemp Properties is the absolute worst! For starters the day that I moved in I noticed that the apartment was not clean at all. Roaches were everywhere in the kitchen. I called and reported the issue and there never was an inspector or bug treatment service called out to my unit. Secondly the air conditioning unit always went out ALWAYS! instead of replacing it they sent out the maintenance man every time to bandage it up and it continuously broke what seemed like every weekend. RecommendedThis is the place to go for any rental property. They have been so professional and answered all of my questions.They also have a huge variety of properties to fit our growing family. The girls at the office have been so nice too!!

Absolutely do not rent from them! We spent 4 days cleaning our apartment for them to throw on ridiculous fees so we didn’t get our deposit back. We spent months without a freezer because they didn’t send anyone to fix it when we requested they marked it as completed 4 times. They “lost” out paperwork and tried to evict us for their mistake. 3/10 stars would not recommend.
Would NOT recommend to ANYBODY. These guys are the definition of money-hungry. Not only this, they could care less about the condition of their properties as long as you give them money. They will take every penny from you they can, regardless if you have a job from covid or not. DO NOT MOVE IN TO A KEMP PROPERTY!
Great management. Quick and professional maintenance. My unit and others I saw were very clean and up to date. If you’re looking for a rental in south east Texas these guys are the way to go.

Crooks, would never recommend them to anyone. They screwed over a couple different family’s that rented from them.
Just a few pictures of how clean the town house was when we left I have many other pictures and video as well, looked better when we left then when we moved in. And they kept our deposit we were warned by neighbors when we moved in that no one gets their deposit back.
