Great crew. I utilized Kemp Brothers Roof Concepts LLC for gutter maintenance, gutter guard fitting, and minor roof shingle fixes. They maintained professionalism throughout the entire process, from setting up the initial visit, providing a quote, to scheduling the job. Bennett, the team leader, arrived a few days post-completion to ensure that everything was done correctly and that the work area was tidy and left in excellent condition. Colby from Kemp Brothers Roof Concepts LLC arrived punctually, even though it had been raining in Ontario. He had called earlier to reschedule due to the weather and arrived at the new agreed upon time. Despite a light mist, he got straight to work. His work was even more comprehensive than the original roofer, especially in sealing the peak before starting our addition. We are satisfied with the results and impressed by the professionalism displayed by Jaden, Bennett and the entire team in making this project a success.
