I made an appointment with Juan for keratin and cut for my 1st time. But wasn’t able to go for the appointment because He kept sending me messages with questions if I was going to pay with cash or check. Who uses check these days? Then he pressure me if I was going to do the keratin or not because he wasn’t going to stay 3 hrs doing nothing. Jesus. What disappointment. I never met him nor being at his salon.
