Rent increased to to other people's pets damaging carpets a landscape. Not allowed to play music in suite. Full of whining elderly.
Had to take them to arbitration, they were that bad. Would rather be homeless than use this company.
corporate landlords that do the bare minimum and constantly jack up prices. these are the rich to eat. my apartment was 1200 in 2021 and is going for 1700 these days.
