Dont call in advance for a reservation. The young lady that answers the phone is rude, impatient and distracted by the noise surrounding her in the restaurant. It didnt exactly sell me on bringing my party to a dinner at Kelseys. Hostesses and phone greeters are your first impression of a business. They can make or break you.

Not a great "eater" of steak, but we recently went to Kelseys and I had the King crab legs - the best I have had in ages! Then, today, we went for corned beef & cabbage. Thick, lean cuts, no fat! Wonderful - will be back for specials!

We went to Kelseys for Sweetest day and it was really disappointing. We sat for the longest time waiting for our waitress, while couples who came in and were seated after us were being taken care of by other waitresses. We finally had to ask the bus girl to get our waitress for us. My husband order a salad, top sirloin and double baked potatoe. His salad was mostly old lettuce, his steak was fine but his potatoe was not done completely.I had prime rib, which was fine, baked potatoe, which I asked the waitress for sour cream ... read more
